KissMe Homes & Villas was founded in 2025 on Lake Como with the goal of offering exclusive stays by managing luxury villas, apartments and holiday houses carefully selected in the most charming locations on Lake Como. We manage prestigious villas featuring swimming pools, hot tubs, gardens and stunning views overlooking Lake Como, as well as apartments and vacation homes designed to offer comfort, authenticity and privacy.

KissMe Homes & Villas also offers concierge services and custom experiences, such as boat tours, private transfers, dedicated chefs and much more to help you experience Lake Como authentically.

In addition to our hospitality services, we offer professional rental management services for properties' owners, ensuring high standards of quality, attention to details and a very attentive care of all the guests.

MAURO PEREGO

After a decade-long career in the legal sector at major multinational companies and many international work experiences in the Netherlands, Denmark, Qatar, Dubai and South Korea, Mauro Perego entered the extra-hotel accommodation sector in 2019, starting by managing his own properties on Lake Como.

He turned his passion for hospitality into a professional project and he progressively expanded his cooperation with new vacation properties, by managing villas, apartments and more and more vacation houses on Lake Como.

Born and raised in Bellano, in the heart of Lake Como, Mauro is also the director of Lo Straccio S.r.l., a multi-service company since 2022. Thanks to this experience, he is able to offer professional support to owners of holiday houses, villas and apartments, ensuring high quality services to owners and guests.
